You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. - Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. - Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions. - Business Development: - Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients. - Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Project Oversight: - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. - Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may arise during execution. - Market Insight & Reporting: - Stay updated on industry trends, client business developments, and competitor activities. - Provide regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics. Background & Skills - MBA with bachelor’s in engineering, science or related field. - 5+ years of work experience in IT industry - Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced environment.
