Job Description Executive Support - Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements. - Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items. - Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Skills: office,management,communication - Operational & Administrative Support - Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Handle confidential documents and ensure proper data security. - Manage expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and executive office operations. - Track deadlines, commitments, and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Communication & Coordination - Facilitate smooth communication across departments. - Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and escalate when necessary. - Coordinate with senior leaders, board members, and partners as required. - Project Management - Assist in strategic projects and monitor progress. - Conduct research, prepare briefs and data summaries to support decision-making. - Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely execution. - CEO Office Management - Maintain professionalism and high levels of integrity in all interactions. - Organize events, workshops, and offsite meetings for leadership teams. - Support CEO in personal tasks when required (limited and within professional boundaries).
