**Hiring Executive Assistant to CEO for a Product based IT Company**

**Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**Location - Hyderabad (Work from Office)**

**Employment Type - Full Time**

**Education: MBA must**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as preparing presentations, drafting reports, and managing files, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Prepare agendas and plan arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
- Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as required.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments and executives.
- Be a confidential and discreet gatekeeper for the CEO.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Joining bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
