Location : Tirumalgiri, Secunderabad

Exp : 4+ Years

Salary : upto 8.0 L PA **(Budget - 60k -70 k take home and Negotiable will be available depend upon experience and take home salary)**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an **Executive Assistant to CEO**. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative & business support to CEO. Ensuring the smooth functioning of CEO’s office. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and business associate.

4. Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and business documents.

5. Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats.

6. Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and other special projects as assigned.

7. Conduct research and compile data to support the CEOs in decision-making processes.

8. Manage special projects and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

9.Familiar with various meetings Apps (Google Drive, Zoom and Teams Meetings)

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant.

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

6. bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience in a similar role supporting high-level executives in a corporate environment.

2. Knowledge of project management and event planning.

3. Familiarity with office equipment and systems, such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
