
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Track and prioritize tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Organize and attend executive meetings; take minutes and summarize key action points.
- Assist in strategic planning, research, and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Support personal tasks for the CEO as needed.
- **Manage and update company and client websites, including content uploads, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with web developers as necessary.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
