The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include account management and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - (B2C Sales) Location: HSR Layout , Bangalore Experience: freshers - 4 YEARS (in SALES) Employment Type: Full-time CTC : 4 LPA-7.3 LPA (Fixed + Incentives) Interview Mode - F2F Key Responsibilities: *Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process . *Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities. *Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. *Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion. Key Requirements: *Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services. *Exposure to international voice process is a must. *Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. *Other people with 1+ years sales experience can also apply.
