Job Description We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head - Lead Generation to spearhead our global lead generation initiatives for application services. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B and enterprise sales background, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in handling global markets. This leadership role requires a strategic vision to design and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns that drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies for global markets, focusing on enterprise clients. - Oversee the entire lead generation process, including email campaigns, cold outreach, and market research. - Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities. Team Leadership & Performance Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists, fostering a high-performance culture. - Set clear KPIs, monitor team progress, and provide regular feedback and training. Campaign Management & Content Strategy - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling content for lead generation. - Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers in target industries. Global Market Expansion & B2B Enterprise Sales - Leverage a strong understanding of global market dynamics to enhance lead generation efforts. - Build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders to expand the company's footprint. - Work closely with B2B enterprise sales teams to ensure lead conversion into high-value business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - 10-15 years of experience in B2B lead generation and enterprise sales. - Proven expertise in handling global markets and driving high-quality lead generation campaigns. - Strong understanding of email marketing, cold outreach, and digital marketing strategies. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive measurable results.
