Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential leads (CXOs, Engineering Leaders, Product Heads, HR, Procurement, etc.).
  • Reach out via cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or emails to introduce the company and its offerings.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they are relevant and have potential.
  • Pitching & Appointment Setting
  • Communicate the value proposition of your SaaS or services clearly (developer augmentation, turnkey projects, AI capabilities, etc.).
  • Handle objections (e.g., "we don't outsource," "we have an in-house team").
  • Secure meaningful meetings with decision-makers for your sales team/CEO.
  • Follow-ups & Reporting
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm leads and nurture relationships.
  • Keep CRM or call logs updated with daily dials, WhatsApp messages, and meeting status.
  • Share insights/feedback from prospects with the team to refine targeting and strategy.
