Job Overview

We are seeking a fresher for a Lead Generation role at Vidhyashala. This part-time position is based in Noida and designed for enthusiastic individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. This position offers an opportunity to work with a growing education-focused organization and contribute to building valuable client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM to efficiently manage and track leads throughout the sales process.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage and interact with potential clients and team members.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify potential leads and target segments effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for preparing analysis reports.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and make informed decisions on potential opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
