About the Role:
Advintrix Private Limited is looking for a Lead Generation & Ad Management Executive to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns while generating qualified leads for our clients and in-house projects. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through various digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for multiple clients.
- Track daily campaign performance and ensure cost-effective results (CPL/ROI).
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and copy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in digital advertising.
- Support the sales team with consistent and quality lead flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, or Ad Campaign Management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
