Job Overview We are seeking a fresher for a Lead Generation role at Vidhyashala. This part-time position is based in Noida and designed for enthusiastic individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. This position offers an opportunity to work with a growing education-focused organization and contribute to building valuable client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Familiarity with HubSpot CRM to efficiently manage and track leads throughout the sales process. Strong communication skills to effectively engage and interact with potential clients and team members. Ability to conduct market research to identify potential leads and target segments effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential for preparing analysis reports. Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and make informed decisions on potential opportunities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about the education industry and motivated to drive growth and success for Vidhyashala. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities. Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records and manage prospect information efficiently. Engage with potential clients through various channels to build and maintain relationships. Assist in market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and understanding of lead opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance and suggest improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and competitive landscapes. Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative work environment.
