- Creating and maintaining a database of partners & expanding CP network.
- Making visits to partners and training their teams.
- Necessary follow ups with customer to meet our targets.
- Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
- Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
- Adheres to project timelines under stressful market conditions.
- Identifies processes / procedures in own work area that needs improvement
- Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity
- Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area.
- Undertake extensive travel to do reiki in the market for leads/new CP empanelment
- Sales personnel are require to work on weekends and will have week-offs instead since customers visit sites also during their offs
