We are seeking a Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) to drive persistency and renewals in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Strengthen channel/Bank partner relationships through regular engagement
- Monitor and improve performance tracking key metrics with partners
- Ensure regular governance to discuss KPI movements
- Provide one-stop solution for channel and bank renewal-related queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new initiatives and projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MLI process and systems
- Effective channel partner management skills
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree
- Knowledge of Insurance processes
- 5-6 years of experience
