Health Insurance Renewal Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage post-sale activities such as documentation, KYC verification, and renewal processes for health insurance customers. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely policy renewals while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in health insurance operations / renewals / KYC processing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and good customer handling abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end KYC checks, documentation, and policy renewal processes.
- Coordinate with customers to collect and verify required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of renewals, compliance checks, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with insurers to ensure timely policy renewals.
- Ensure high accuracy and efficiency while meeting renewal timelines.
- Identify opportunities to upsell to existing customers.
- 1-3 years of experience in health insurance operations / renewals / KYC processing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good customer handling abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in insurance operations.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
