We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. This role will be responsible for managing office administration assets, contracting with agents, processing new business, banking premium payments, managing petty cash and vendor payments, retaining surrender requests, executing service requests post policy issuance, responding to customer queries and complaints, maintaining high NPS scores, life and health claims processing, and handling compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the upkeep of office administration assets
- Contract with insurance agents
- Process new business cases
- Bank initial and renewal premiums
- Manage petty cash and vendor payments
- Retrain on customer queries and complaints
- Maintain high net promoter scores (NPS)
- Process life and health claims
- Address compliance issues
- Graduate or Post-graduate degree in any field
- 2-3 years of experience in front-end customer service
- Knowledge of service quality principles
