Drive Business Growth as a Corporate Sales Executive

Job Description:
  • You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new corporate customers and meeting assigned revenue targets.
  • Responsibilities include generating leads, scheduling meetings, assessing client insurance needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Acquire new corporate customers and meet assigned monthly revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation: Independently generate leads and schedule meetings with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales completion, paperwork, and prompt issuance of policy documents.
  • Business Expansion: Explore and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers and generate referrals.
  • Client Requests and Feedback: Address and resolve client requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Performance Tracking: Submit sales reports regularly to track and improve performance.
  • Regular Performance Review Meetings: Participate in regular performance review meetings with senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 3-10 years of experience in direct sales of Employee Benefit products.
  • Graduate and MBA - Insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented.
