You Will Be Responsible For

Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business in the health insurance sector through lead follow-up and market research on potential clients.

Meeting prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommending suitable health insurance plans.

Managing the complete sales process from prospecting to policy issuance to ensure business closure.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition metrics.

Staying updated on Health insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and competitive solutions.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

* 12 years experience in sales preferably in health insurance

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.

* Team player, adaptable in changing environments.
