Job Title Executive Assistant Location Thane Salary Up To 30K Experience-2-3 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-orientedExecutiveAssistant to support the Chief Executive Officer CEO The ideal candidatewill be a strategic thinker strong communicator and problem-solver whocan manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of discretionandprofessionalism This role requires the ability to anticipate needs workindependently and handle confidential information with integrity Key Responsibilities Executive Support o Manage and maintain the CEO s calendar including schedulingmeetings appointments and travel arrangements o Screen and prioritize emails phone calls and other communications o Prepare briefing materials reports and presentations for meetings o Coordinate and follow up on action items frommeetings andcommunications Communication Liaison o Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal external stakeholders o Draft and review correspondence reports and other documentson behalf of the CEO o Facilitate internal communication within the executiveteamandother departments Administrative Oversight o Organize and maintain files and records in both physical anddigital formatso Coordinate logistics for board meetings leadershipteammeetings and company events o Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion Project Management o Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assignedbythe CEO o Track progress and ensure timely follow-ups and completionofdeliverables Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and calendar management tools Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and handlepressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail organizational skills and discretion Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
