
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant with minimum 3 years of experience to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Take minutes of meetings
- Calendar management
- Preparing presentations.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Any other duties as requested.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in commerce or any other related field.
- Proven work experience as a Executive Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Should be comfortable travelling to national as well as international with the CEO for any conferences, seminars or meetings if the CEO requires their presence.
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Thane - 400708, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
