
Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day administrative tasks, with a primary focus on calendar management, meeting coordination, and general executive support. The ideal candidate will be efficient, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Handle email and communication on behalf of the CEO, as required.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist with travel planning, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the CEO with general administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor and a high level of integrity.

- Flexible, reliable, and responsive to shifting priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
