**Work Assistant to CEO**:
**Location**: One Bkc, Mumbai.

**Timings**: Monday to Friday In-Office but should be comfortable with 24x7 availability to manage the CEO's heavy calendar.

**Overview**:
Being a culture oriented company, this is a critical function.

We are looking for an Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CEO.

The role’'s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense

reports. To be successful in this role, you should be organised, have great time management

skills, and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and

timely support to executive members.

**Your Role**:

- Managing end-to-end calendars of the CEO.
- Managing all aspects of the CEO's personal end to end travel (including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, itinerary).
- Managing internal projects and running daily tasks which includes coordination with Internal teams, house operations staff, clients, global and external stakeholders.
- Assisting other team members in managing the operations of the CEO's Office.

**Qualifiers**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with HNIs or in management consulting firms or in high scale companies or in tech startups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Decent knowledge of handling software and Google Suite.
- Prior administrative experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
