Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job description**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings to optimize time.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain staff/employee files in CEO's office and assist with new Executive onboarding.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Conduct research and provide insights to aid decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Plan and organize executive meetings, team offsites, and business events.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Being professional in dealing with diverse groups of people
- Maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Working days - 6 days in a week
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Open to travel in all areas of Mumbai
- 2-6 years in an executive assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
KEY SKILLS
- Knowledge of management
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
