The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth across international markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently during night shifts to align with overseas clients. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. - Generate leads, prepare proposals, and follow up to close business deals. - Collaborate with internal teams (estimations, operations, and project management) to ensure client satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends. - Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions and pipeline status. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - 25 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in night shifts and handle international client communication. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work. Preferred Skills - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). - Understanding of construction project cycles and tendering processes. - Prior experience handling U.S., UK, or Canadian clients.
