Job Description Company Description NowFloats is dedicated to enhancing the local online discovery of small and medium businesses (SMBs) through location-based SEO. By structuring updated SMB information for local search visibility, NowFloats ensures businesses are effectively found by end consumers. Our offerings include an organic discovery model with automated SEO and a hybrid model that combines organic methods with marketing boosters like Google AdWords and Facebook ads. We also provide RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent, to help businesses maintain customer connections with minimal manual effort. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to drive growth, and conducting regular market research. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, pitching NowFloats services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client needs are met. Qualifications - Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills - Strategy Development and Market Research experience - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
