We also provide RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent, to help businesses maintain customer connections with minimal manual effort. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to drive growth, and conducting regular market research. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, pitching NowFloats services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client needs are met. Qualifications - Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills - Strategy Development and Market Research experience - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
