Marketing Manager – Growth, Partnerships

As we continue to expand our business in India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager Growth, Partnerships & Brand to join our India team. This dynamic role plays a key role in shaping the brands presence, driving partnerships, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
This position will be based in Gurugram. We have a hybrid working model (3 times per week in the office)
Your Tasks Paint the world green
- Direct Marketing: Own direct marketing initiatives, including brand engagement, digital activations and CRM, with a focus on driving measurable sales impact and increasing brand awareness.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Lead our CRM initiatives that build higher stickiness, reduce churn and increase lifetime value of our customers.
- Partnership & Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic brand & performance collaborations with businesses, travel agencies, event organizers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
- Brand Marketing: Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand equity, visibility, and preference in the Indian market.
- Integrated Campaigns: Plan and manage 360-degree brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across digital, offline, and partner-led channels.
- Media Execution: Support media planning and execution, including outdoor, print, and digital channels, to amplify brand reach.
- Budget & Planning: Take active ownership of annual marketing budgets and revenue planning, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact marketing investments.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROAS. Leverage data-driven decision-making to refine marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Local Adaptation: Challenge the status quo by bringing in fresh, innovative marketing approaches tailored for the Indian market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team, commercial development, and local teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Your Profile Ready to hop on board
- 4-7 years of experience in partnerships, direct marketing, or brand marketing preferably in consumer-facing industries (travel, mobility, e-commerce, or startups).
- Strong Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Strategic & Creative Thinker: Ability to develop compelling brand narratives and execute campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
- Partnership & Negotiation Skills: Experience in identifying and managing partnerships with businesses, agencies, and event organizers.
- Entrepreneurial & Proactive: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong social, negotiation, and storytelling skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
