Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Skala Media, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. Your primary focus will be on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners to expand our reach and revenue. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, negotiate terms and commission structures to maximize profitability, and analyze performance data to optimize strategies and drive incremental growth.
Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.
- Negotiate terms, commission structures, and incentives to maximize profitability.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
