We partner with various educational institutions, training institutes, and coaching centers to support students' educational aspirations by providing flexible financial solutions for both international and domestic Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager with a strong sales focus to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners-primarily educational institutes and coaching centers across Delhi NCR.- You will also be tasked with driving sales growth, executing strategic business development, and meeting sales targets through these key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new educational institutes, coaching centers, and training institutions in Delhi NCR to expand GyanDhan's network.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive business development efforts and take ownership of the entire sales cycle-from lead generation, pitching, closing, to onboarding partners for short-term education loans.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring continued collaboration and maximized sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, broaden the partner base, and drive growth within the educational sector.
- Market Expansion: Actively identify high-potential regions and institutes in Delhi NCR, continually exploring new business opportunities to grow the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams-such as operations, finance, and product-to ensure smooth partner onboarding, product offerings, and customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Assess the potential risks of partnering with new institutes and ensure that partnership agreements align with company Required:
- 2-4 years of experience as a core sales person in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in the education, coaching, or NBFC sector.
- Experience working with educational institutions, coaching centers, or training providers, especially in the Delhi NCR region.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals in a sales or business development role.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to identify new opportunities and develop long-term growth plans.
- Ability to pitch financial products to new partners and create customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and ensure successful partnerships.
- Expertise in managing and nurturing long-term relationships with partners, driving retention and growth.
- Based in Delhi NCR with a willingness to travel across the region as required.
