Job Overview:

The University Partnership Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and

managing partnerships with universities and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the higher education landscape. You will be instrumental in expanding Sarasai.org's reach, increasing our network of university partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to secure partnerships with universities and

higher education institutions.


• Identify potential university partners, initiate conversations, and build long-term

relationships.


• Present Saras value proposition to key stakeholders, including university

administrators, deans, and academic decision-makers.


• Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and pricing structures to maximize mutual

benefits.


• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with university needs and goals.


• Track partnership performance and work on continuous improvement strategies to enhance

engagement.


• Stay updated on higher education trends, digital learning advancements, and institutional

needs to refine sales strategies.


• Represent Sarasai.org at industry conferences, academic events, and networking forums.

Qualifications and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).


• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management,

preferably in the education sector.


• Proven track record of securing and managing university partnerships or institutional

collaborations.


• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with digital learning, EdTech solutions, and academic engagement strategies is a

plus.
