Location Bangalore Area coverage Karnataka Roles Responsibility 1 Should be local resident of Bangalore and well versed with Bangalore industry topography with major industrial areas connectivity around Bangalore and with a good knowledge of Automotive OEM s and their parts suppliers like Tier 1 Tier 2 and Tier 3 2 Should have adirect sales experience in the sales of CNC machines like Turning Turn Mill VMC HMC especially to automotive industry with a good understanding of automotive parts and suitable solutions in turnkey which can be offered to customers Preferred approach is application orientated sales and solutions 3 Should have excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Well conversant with Local Language4 Maintain and retain existing customer base provide all necessary support required Develop new customers each year with good market penetration Expand business overall with main and sub suppliers Should have aptitude for high value enquiry generation and conversion 5 Candidate should be self-motivated and pro-active Good rapport building with customers interaction at different levels of customers within the same company Good connections and network in the existing machine tool industry 6 Meet sales target as set by the management and maintain all reports as specified in the sales profile 7 Should have good knowledge of GDT T and able to read and represent all technical drawings and interact with Engineering team at customer end Able to understand proper requirements of customer and propose suitable solutions 8 Willingness to travel within designated areas at short notice 9 Present the company at exhibitions and open houses update necessary competitor information and share market reviews feedback with management Qualification BE in Mechanical Industrial Engg from reputed institutionPreferred skills 1 Good Topography exp of Bangalore or Karnataka2 Should have knowledge in connecting top OEM s3 Experienced in CNC Turnings Turn mill VMC HMC4 Excellent at communication negotiation and presentation skills5 Good connections and network in the existing machine tool industry Should have good knowledge of GDT T ref updazz com
