Job Description Please note, we can only consider immediate joiners at this time Required Skills & Experience Must Haves: 3-5 years of experience in a B2B inside sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry Proved track record of exceeding sales quotas Understanding on outbound sales methodologies and proficiency in sales tools like CRM (Salesforce preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of potential customers Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to sales performance optimization Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to achieve success Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team, in this role, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of our industry-leading Creator Tools through strategic outbound lead generation. Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound sales strategy focused on identifying and qualifying leads for our Creator Tools Prospect and develop new leads through a variety of channels, including email campaign, cold calling, and social media outreach. Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic account-based marketing plans Qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities, engaging with prospects to assess needs and provide access to relevant information and resources Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings, constantly seeking new opportunities for growth
