The role involves troubleshooting, customer training, installation, configuration, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, customer success, and clients. Roles & Responsibilities - Provide before and after-sales technical support to customers. - Perform troubleshooting and offer training to customers via email, telephone, or personal visits. - Conduct product testing, configuration, packing, and installation as required. - Track and handle quotes, orders, deliveries, customer needs, and complaints efficiently. - Coordinate between the sales team, customer success team, and customers to ensure accurate communication and fulfillment of customer requirements. - Prepare technical and sales support documents, maintain process documentation, and create regular reports. Qualifications & Skills - Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support within the Weighing Scale industry. - Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple client needs. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. - Good communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proactive and aggressive work approach, with willingness to travel as required.
