Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our weighing scale products. The role involves troubleshooting, customer training, installation, configuration, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, customer success, and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide before and after-sales technical support to customers.
  • Perform troubleshooting and offer training to customers via email, telephone, or personal visits.
  • Conduct product testing, configuration, packing, and installation as required.
  • Track and handle quotes, orders, deliveries, customer needs, and complaints efficiently.
  • Coordinate between the sales team, customer success team, and customers to ensure accurate communication and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical and sales support documents, maintain process documentation, and create regular reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support within the Weighing Scale industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple client needs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proactive and aggressive work approach, with willingness to travel as required.
