This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Technical Support - Tier 2 | HK in India.

As a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues that go beyond basic customer support. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and product specialists to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain software integrations. Your role will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution. You will also contribute to improving internal processes, enhancing the knowledge base, and supporting product launches. This position offers a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment where problem-solving and communication skills are highly valued. You will work evening shifts in line with global customer requirements.

Accountabilities:

· Provide technical support to meet customer-specific needs and resolve complex issues.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot software integrations.

· Track, document, and update the resolution process for all support tickets.

· Respond promptly to customer requests and follow incidents through to resolution.

· Test new product functionality and collaborate with the product team on launches.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.

· Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 support when necessary.

· Work with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve support processes.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in helpdesk or customer support, with at least 2 years at Tier 2 or higher.

· Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, software configuration, and break/fix scenarios.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Zendesk; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

· High attention to detail, data proficiency, and strong problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
