In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and healthcare applications. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize workflows, and provide guidance on system usage. Your expertise in SQL, front-end applications, and database structures will allow you to resolve client issues efficiently, while your leadership skills will help manage support teams and processes. You will interact with a variety of stakeholders, from patients to healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to industry compliance standards. Accountabilities

As a Technical Support professional, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL databases, front-end applications, and IT workflows.
  • Identify and address network connectivity problems, install and configure applications, and support login/password issues.
  • Analyze database structures and system performance to proactively optimize processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients, providers, and office staff on software usage and IT-related inquiries.
  • Lead and manage support teams, ensuring efficient process execution and adherence to service standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain documentation for support activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on technical support and professional services.
  • 2+ years in management or team leadership roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows administration and IT support.
  • Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting front-end application workflows.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
