Job Description

JOB TITLE: Inside Sales - Course Sales

LOCATION: Hyderabad

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Target-driven and passionate about B2C sales.
- Self-driven with the ability to thrive in an outbound Inside Sales environment.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
- Generate leads through referrals from the existing customer base.
- Understand customer requirements and share insights for product improvements.
- Handle pre-sales to post-sales activities ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1 to 5 years of experience in inside sales / outbound calling.
- Experience selling B2C products to company executives or professionals.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional business acumen.
- Proficiency in lead generation and stakeholder engagement.
- Quick learner with an interest in new concepts.
- Comfortable using MS Excel and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Maintain detailed customer records and provide weekly sales forecasts.
