About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B inside sales and customer engagement, with demonstrated expertise in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals over phone, email, and online channels. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding unique business challenges, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities – Inside Sales, Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads using CRM tools and other sales platforms.
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and online presentations.
  • Understand client requirements, effectively present solutions, and address objections.
  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries diligently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.

Required Skills – Inside Sales, B2B Sales, and CRM Tools

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 10+ years of proven experience as an Inside Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, or in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Familiarity with international sales processes and markets.
  • Sales certifications or relevant sales training is an advantage.
