As we rapidly scale, we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist who can lead outbound efforts, engage enterprise decision-makers, and turn conversations into opportunities.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist with 5+ years of total experience, including a strong track record in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role — best suited for professionals who thrive on consultative selling, can engage senior IT leaders, and consistently deliver results in competitive, service-driven environments.

Must-Have Qualifications

- + years of total professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in B2B IT or cybersecurity sales.
- Proven success in inside sales, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior IT decision-makers in medium to large enterprises.
- Solid experience in cold calling, objection handling, and consultative sales approaches.
- Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and daily pipeline discipline.
- Excellent communication — fluent, persuasive, and client-focused.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cybersecurity sales: penetration testing, IAM, cloud security, GRC, or advisory services.
- Familiarity with buyer pain points related to compliance, risk management, and infrastructure security.
- Experience using sales automation tools, lead-gen platforms, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
