Inside Sales Executive – Marketing Department

Role Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive will drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and support the sales funnel through effective communication and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone with persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos
- Maintain CRM records and track interactions
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Will be handling the Dealers and Distributors across India.
- Runo calls Analysis
- Handle the Tele calling executives and their performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- 5 + years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Should have experience in Electrical industries.
