Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Pitch products/services to potential customers with a consultative approach.
  • Schedule product demos and follow up to close deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in inside sales/telesales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to handle objections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
