**Job Description: B2B Sales Intern - CherishX**
**About Us**:
CherishX is a leading name in personalized and experiential gifting, specializing in corporate decorations, engagement activities, and custom solutions for businesses. We cater to organizations by enhancing their workplace experiences, creating memorable events, and forging impactful partnerships.
**Position: B2B Sales Intern**
**Location**: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
**Duration**: 3-6 months
**Stipend**: 8k-12k per month
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research potential corporate clients, cafes, restaurants, and event venues.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective leads in various sectors.
2. **Sales Outreach & Client Engagement**:
- Understand client needs and present CherishX’s offerings (decorations, gifting, engagement solutions) tailored to their requirements.
3. **Proposal Creation & Negotiation**:
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals.
4. **Relationship Management**:
- Foster relationships with corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
- Support in post-sales activities, including coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.
5. **Strategic Collaboration**:
- Explore partnership opportunities with coworking spaces, cafes, restaurants, and other potential allies.
- Support initiatives to expand CherishX’s footprint in strategic B2B markets.
6. **Performance Tracking**:
- Assist in tracking sales KPIs and preparing performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on market feedback and sales outcomes.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Business, Marketing, or a related field**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting and presentations.
- Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
