**Role Overview**:
As a **B2B Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities with businesses in the education sector. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record in the EdTech industry, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients within the EdTech sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate company solutions to prospective clients effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

**Compensation and Perks**:

- **Monthly Salary**: ₹25,000 (Negotiable )+ **Minimum ₹10,000 Incentive** on every closure.
- Additional perks like snacks and a vibrant office environment.

**Office Location**:
Mohan Cooperative Estate, Delhi NCR

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
