As we expand our presence in Delhi, we are seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
**Position Overview**:
The Field Sales Executive will be instrumental in promoting Mappen’s cutting-edge SaaS solutions across the edtech landscape. This role requires a blend of skills in client acquisition, sales strategy execution, and relationship management, all within the B2B domain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients in the edtech sector, initiating contact and developing strategies to foster new business opportunities.
- Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of Mappen’s SaaS offerings to prospective B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with market trends and product enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights into sales activities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all sales practices and policies at Mappen.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the SaaS or edtech industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional and presentable demeanor, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of business dynamics and customer engagement.
- Must be equipped with a bike for mobility across the sales territory.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
