4. **Data Entry and Management**
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and databases, and update information as required.
- **Data Entry**: Enter data into various systems and ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. **Meeting and Event Coordination**
- **Arrange Meetings**: Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing materials.
- **Event Support**: Assist in planning and coordinating office events, such as staff gatherings or training sessions.

6. **Office Communication**
- **Internal Communication**: Facilitate effective communication within the office, including distributing memos and announcements.
- **Coordination**: Liaise between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

7. **Administrative Assistance**
- **Support Management**: Provide administrative support to executives and managers, including handling confidential information.
- **Task Management**: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, scheduling, and handling requests.

- **Office Equipment**: Operate and maintain office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic troubleshooting and support for office technology and software.
