**Overview**:
We are seeking an efficient Office Executive to manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and support staff members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Schedule meetings and manage correspondence.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (preferable).
- Experience in office administration.
- Strong skills in MS Office and general computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Saturday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
**Salary**: ₹9,267.13 - ₹18,000.00 per month
