We are seeking a dynamic **B2B Sales Executive** to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts, closing leads, and acquiring franchise clients for existing restaurants in our portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Closing**: Identify, qualify, and close leads for hospitality clients, including restaurant owners and operators.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored consultancy solutions.
- **Franchise Development**: Drive the acquisition of franchise clients for existing restaurants in the organization, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the F&B sector.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and consultancy teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, franchise models, and hospitality consultancy services.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- **Networking**: Strong network within the F&B and hospitality industry is a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
