B2b Sales Executive

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a B2B Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual
will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our
business-to-business network, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility within the
business development, a deep understanding of the fragrance or luxury goods
industry, and the ability to forge strong, lasting relationships with business partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B growth strategy to increase sales
and market penetration.
- Identify and target potential business clients, including Retailers, hospitals,
luxury boutiques, hotels, spas, and corporate gift sectors,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business clients while
exploring new opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored proposals and
presentations for B2B clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges in the B2B fragrance market.
- Work closely with the product development team to create bespoke fragrance
solutions that meet the needs and expectations of business clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and
recommendations to improve B2B sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote Isak
Fragrances and develop new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role,
preferably in the fragrance, luxury goods, or B2B sectors.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
