**Job Title: Front Office Executive**
**Location**: Bangalore
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Handle general inquiries and route them to the appropriate department.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the company’s services and products.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Ensure the office environment is maintained, including liaising with cleaning and maintenance services.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving front office operations.
- Assist in training and onboarding new front office staff.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in an office environment.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Working Conditions**:
- This position is primarily office-based.
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods or special events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
