Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor will manage and oversee the daily operations of the front desk. This position requires a hands-on leader who can handle a variety of administrative and guest service tasks, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficient front desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage the front desk staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Provide training and support to front desk employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and other related tasks.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure the front desk is adequately staffed and maintain employee schedules.
- Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and revenue management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with financial tasks such as billing, invoices, and end-of-day reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using front desk software and reservation systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
