Corporate Sales Executive

**Scope of Work**
**1) Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and research Potential clients in the Corporate Sector.
**2) Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client’s business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
**3) Sales Planning and Strategy**:
- Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
**4) Proposal Development**:
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with operational capabilities.
**5) Negotiation and Closing Deals**:
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
**6) Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
**7) Continuous Learning**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance sales skills.
**8) Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas.
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance.
**9) Customer Retention**:
- Implement strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
**10) Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:
- Follow company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
**Competence Requirements**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation Abilities.
- Market Knowledge, Strategic thinking ability and should have results driven approach.
- Adaptability and the ability to work well in a team.
- Continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- 2-3 years experience in telecalling, field sales.
- Able to work on excel and powerpoint.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
