**The Position**

As a Contracting Executive you will be focused on ensuring the full implementation and functionality of Travel Studio within Intrepid India. Taking responsibility for the data entry and loading of suppliers, contracts, rates, testing data, and confirming accuracy on a day-to-day basis, while providing administrative support to the Contracting manager in securing contracts, entering correct pricing and data into Travel Studio and other systems.

In addition to this, you’ll collaborate with various other teams and be involved in sourcing suitable experience-rich products and activities to meet a wide range of customer-group expectations. This is a full-time permanent position, based out of our office in New Delhi, India.

**A passion for travel is a must-have With it you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in using a pricing/booking system (such as Travel Studio) and general computer expertise is vital
- Proven accuracy in data loading with high attention to detail
- Strong English Writing and Speaking Skills
- Contracting and Product management experience within travel industry is highly advantageous

You’ll be highly organized and can prioritize and manage your own workload, you’ll have incredible customer service skills and be passionate about ensuring our customers have a great experience, but lastly you’ll share in Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
